Abstract

This article explores the role of business planning and activity forecasting in the context of organizational success. The importance of these processes is examined within the framework of strategic management, substantiating their significance for optimizing production operations, financial planning, and risk management. Special attention is given to the methods of developing business plans and forecasting, including the utilization of modern technologies and data analysis tools. The article also discusses the challenges organizations face in conducting effective business planning and offers practical recommendations for overcoming them. Overall, the article underscores the importance of sound business planning and forecasting for ensuring the success and sustainable development of organizations in the contemporary business landscape.
