The role of information in modern society has undergone significant changes, driven by intense developments in information technology. In the current global landscape, information quality holds paramount importance, presenting both challenges and avenues for resolution. The advent of technologies like internet chats and social networks has transformed the nature of information exchange, making any piece of information more crucial than ever before. Unlike the 20th century, where information could be concealed through traditional means, today’s world faces unanswered questions about the control of information dissemination.
